.derp extension

This is one of the new variants of STOP Ransomware. In order can decrypt, first need to add offline keys in the decryptor.
Files encrypted with online keys (when the PC was connected to the Internet) will not be decrypted.
The search for keys for decryption continues. When there will be good results, we do not know.

Save encrypted files and stay tuned for more of the Decryptor

An indefinite time that does not depend on the human factor in the face of developers.

Extortionists daily changes and modifies something in encryption process of files on all world.

That depends on how long it takes for us to find a private key for an offline ID. If your ID ends in t1 then you can try the decrypter again periodically to see if the key has been added.
