Amigo-A 136
Yes. This is new variant of STOP Ransomware (v0187) You need to wait until support for this variant added to the decryptor. It need to analyze. I have already initiated the acceleration of this process. Previous variants contained 't1' at the end of personal ID (if used offline key). If nothing has changed, then your case is associated with an online key. Details here
Ion popescu 0
so for the moment there is nothing to be done? Is there any chance to pay someone to work faster

Found offline keys are immediately added to the decryptor database. Time is impossible to predict. As soon as they find it, they will add it right away.

Yeah, that's because they secretly pay the ransom for you after negotiating a lower price with the criminals, and pocket the difference. If you want a company that you can pay to handle the ransom payment for you, then there are a few that are honest about the fact that they do this. Coveware is one of the more popular examples, although they usually do this for businesses.
Ion popescu 0
answer from coveware Hello,Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, there are certain countries and jurisdictions that we are precluded from servicing at this time and we are unable to work with you.We apologize but wish you the best of luck in your data recovery efforts.Thank you for understanding.Coveware I also try to contact the criminals and they answer in the first stage and when I send sample file and ask for the address to deliver bitcoins they didn’t answered. Finally I decrypted the files with guys from fast data recovery, they work for 6 days and they manage to decrypt the files. In the first stage ( after 5 days) they send that the key doesn’t work and ask me some details. Next day they decrypted the files.

That company isn't entirely honest with you. What they do is pay the ransom for you, and then lie to you. There's more information here.
Ion popescu 0
I tried to pay the ransom but didn’t make it until the finish, first they answered and give the instructions and after they didn’t answer. About fast data recovery I think if they pay the ransom the key would work from the first time, and don’t last for 6 days. Anyway my only chance to recover the files the files was this company. From my point of view the company did what they said they will do. I think is better to pay to a company that gives a bill and with someone who can answer to the phone. There are companies other than Coveware that are also honest about the fact that they pay the ransom for you. Unfortunately I don't have a list of them.
