Core Component continues to DisAble / EnAble

If you mean "Auto-Silent mode" is being enabled/disabled, it's normal.  Silent mode is turned on when you have a program enter full-screen (ie not in a window) - which is most likely to be if you're running a game, or watching a video.  The point of Silent-mode is that in a game or video you are unlikely to want to have your game/video disturbed by notifications from EAM.

You asked this question in the wrong part of the forum.  This part is for general discussions of Malware & Computer Security.  Questions about using EAM should really be in the "Customer Support" - "Emsisoft Anti-Malware Home" sub-forum.

Or the update process, or scheduled scans, which can both use a significant amount of CPU time and make your video viewing or gameplay rather unpleasant.
