Unable to decrypt Ransomeware STOPDjvu

I have successfully deleted the virus from my desktop by formatting Drive C but my files are still encrypted by a file extension ".nbes"

and I am unable to decrypt it by any method. I have even tried your company's decrypted but it was unable to decrypt. 

I have very important documents, pictures and videos. please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

This is a newer variant of STOP/Djvu. You have an offline ID, so once we can find the decryption key for this variant and add it to our database you should be able to recover your files. There is more information at the following link:
