With ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT This is a newer variant of STOP/Djvu, and your ID is an online ID, so there is currently no way to decrypt your files. RajeshR 0
Thank you GT500, These files were encrypted in August 2019. If required, I can upload a sample file for you to check. Thanks again.
GT500 873
I'm sorry, I posted the wrong reply here. This is not a newer variant, and your files should be decryptable by supplying file pairs to our online submission form to help the decrypter "learn" how to decrypt your files. All of the information is at the same link I already posted.
RajeshR 0
Thank you Arthur, Wish you a very happy new year !!! Do we need a working copy of the decrypted file? I am not able to find the same copy of any of the files which are encrypted? Can you please advise how to submit the only encrypted files. Best Regards, Rajesh
GT500 873
21 hours ago, RajeshR said: Can you please advise how to submit the only encrypted files. The decryption service requires an unencrypted original file and an encrypted copy of the same file, otherwise you won't be able to decrypt your files. Do you have any files that you had downloaded which have been encrypted along with your own files? You could redownload those files, and use them as file pairs. The only caveat is that at the moment you have to do this for each file format (MP3, MP4, PNG, etc) and for JPG/JPEG images this needs to be done for each source your pictures came from. GT500 873
If you have original copies of some of the encrypted files, then you can use them as file pairs, and submit them using the form at the following link:https://decrypter.emsisoft.com/submit/stopdjvu/ There's more information at the following link:https://support.emsisoft.com/topic/32045-about-the-stopdjvu-decrypter/
RajeshR 0
Hi Arthur, Thanks again for your reply. I have tried using the files as a pair. But these are two different files. As mentioned in this link: https://support.emsisoft.com/topic/32045-about-the-stopdjvu-decrypter/ I have files of the types of JPG/MOV/MTS/MP4 shot with the same camera. Where can I submit these files? These files were encrypted on 04/04/2019, when I try to use the decryptor, I got the following message: File: H:\Studio 21\00003.MTS.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: 0000000047 File: H:\Studio 21\00004.MTS.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: 0000000047 File: H:\Studio 21\7Q2A1438.JPG.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: FFD8FFE16D File: H:\Studio 21\7Q2A1435.JPG.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: FFD8FFE174 File: H:\Studio 21\7Q2A1437.JPG.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: FFD8FFE174 File: H:\Studio 21\MVI_5313.MP4.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: 0000001C66 File: H:\Studio 21\MVI_5310.MP4.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: 0000001C66 File: H:\Studio 21\MVI_5311.MP4.refols Unable to decrypt Old Variant ID: xaYlKX7u6iRTeMIXgHEwkAomZZ7SiwPrpZ5KK6fT First 5 bytes: 0000001C66 File: H:\Studio 21\MVI_5312.MP4.refols Appreciate your help and guidance. RajeshR 0
Unfortunately, no original copies of the encrypted files. Best Regards, Rajesh
GT500 873
Do you have any files of these types that you downloaded originally, and could simply redownload to use for file pairs? Is it also possible that you have copies of some of these types of files on removable media (USB flash drives, CD's, etc) or perhaps even you phone? Could friends or family have copies of any of the files that were encrypted on your computer?
