Error while using decryption app

Getting this error 
Error: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

The developer who wrote the decrypter says the error more than likely means that your computer doesn't support TLS 1.2, and assuming you have Windows 7 you need to install updates. If you have Windows Vista, then I don't think they ever added TLS 1.2 support to it.

Hello Sir i have the similar issue and did an windows update but the issue still remains can you help

What version of Windows do you have? If it's Windows 7, do you have Service Pack 1 installed?
