This is a newer variant of STOP/Djvu. If you have an offline ID, then once we can find the decryption key for this variant and add it to our database you should be able to recover your files. However, if you have an online ID (which is more likely) then it will not be possible to recover your files. There is more information at the following link:

All my data has been also encrypted by this virus and i have an offline ID. How long does it take to decrypt?

The actual decryption process should be reasonably fast.

If you were referring to how long it will be before we are able to add a private key to our database to decrypt your files, then it is impossible to know when someone will donate one.

how can you determine if you have an online ID

Offline ID's end in t1 however online ID's do not.

When in doubt, the decrypter will tell you which files have online ID's and which files have offline ID's.

well, my external hard drive was in a computer (online computer) before everything on the computer and the drive were modified into JOPE.file

does it mean that  I wont be able to decrypt my files on the drive?

If the files have online ID's, then that's correct.
