Julian 0 Posted April 21, 2020 Report Share Posted April 21, 2020 (edited) Hi, my name is Julian Arteche and I buy the soft because I got a .LALO Ransomware Malware on my computer. _____ I have 3 hard drives and the 2 of works and images have infected and encrypted files. _____ I clean the malware of my computer and I delete the malware, now I want to decrypt the files and I use the Decrypter but I have no luck to get back my files. Actually the program start and later say, “Program don’t respond”. ______ I need to decrypt my files is any way that I can do that? If you have an offline ID, then once we can find the decryption key for this variant and add it to our database you should be able to recover your files. However, if you have an online ID (which is more likely) then it will not be possible to recover your files. If law enforcement is able to catch the criminals or otherwise gain access to their servers and release their private keys for use in decrypters, then we can add them to our database so that everyone can get their files back.
