My pc got infected by ransomware virus. It leaves a tail to all my files with .covm. I need your help to decrypt my files. Any how I used your offline decrypters but they aren't working and shows this decryption needs a online key and that is impossible. What should I do now? Wether to pay them money? Or to wait for your decryption tool? I own many important files in that drive..

Please look into this problem very soon there are many people who got affected with the same virus. Please make a decryption tool for this ASAP.

Thanking you,

Our recommendation is to save a backup of your encrypted files and keep it in a safe place in case decryption is possible at some point in the future, however please note that may be a long time.

We also recommend keeping an eye on BleepingComputer's newsfeed, as they will usually report on new developments with ransomware decrypters:

If you have an RSS feed reader, then they also have an RSS feed so that you don't have to manually check for news:

the is the note hi leave it to contact him

This is a newer variant of STOP/Djvu. Fortunately your ID is an offline ID, however we don't yet have the private key for it. I recommend running the decrypter once every week or two so that you can see when we've been able to add the private key for your variant.

There is more information at the following link:

and last Question how you no the id is offline

Because the ID ends in t1 just like all other offline ID's for more than the past year.
