.nypd extension, files encrypted

Hi. I have an issue, that I was attacked by ransomware, that encrypted my files (only on one hard drive, second remained unharmed) and well I cant access them. All media files and documents. Extension for files is ".nypd". Heard somewhere it might be djvu re-skin. Please let me know for further info. Thank you.

First attach a file _readme.txt to message.

Do not change anything. It is very important.

This is the result of an attack of 'STOP Ransomware'.

hello guys

i am also effected by .nypd ransomware on 11-06-2020 when i installed adobe illustrator downloaded from pirtabay torrent ,full laptop files are encrypted.

i have installed emsisoft but it doesn't recognize and decrypt .nypd for now

i have also installed spyhunter trail version.

please help with solution.

This is a newer variant of STOP/Djvu, and your ID is an online ID, so there is currently no way to decrypt your files. There is more information at the following link:

This is a newer variant of STOP/Djvu. If you have an offline ID, then once we can find the decryption key for this variant and add it to our database you should be able to recover your files. However, if you have an online ID (which is more likely) then it will not be possible to recover your files. There is more information at the following link:
