From the GUI click the ? for the help file.

Behavior Blocker and Anti-Ransomware section. Lookup online doesn't exist anymore.

'Comprehensive guide' link at bottom leads to a page which says 'Security solutions that do not suck' Not a very professional webpage headline..

Comprehensive guide talks about green ticks in BB..they no longer exist.

Comprehensive guide shows how to use the 'lookup online'  with a nice screenie. Non existent now.

File Guard Comprehensive guide contains a section on how to ''Only scan files with specific extensions'' Non existent now.

Just a few things I noticed in the built in help file.:)

It's no longer built-in.  It's out there on the web, which gives users a problem if their internet connection isn't working.

The question mark is built in to the GUI and that is what users will click on.

Whether it is online or not is immaterial.

Jeremy the issue I am posting is about the information in the help file which is obsolete when accessessed via the GUI question mark symbol..

If you wish to bring up a different issue about no access to it if you are offline please start a new thread.

If you're concerned about the documentation not being available online, you should create a new topic about it. No need to hijack stapp's bug report. ;)

I don't think I was hijacking the original report - I commented on something Stapp said in it.

I understand. It's just that the comment sort of steered things a bit off topic. :)
