Possibly flagged as a trojan by Defender

Was doing my weekly ritual of running my security programs when I came across a notification that stated Defender had detected and quarantined the following threat. This was shortly after I had already done a quick scan (nothing detected!) So I opened up and updated EEK.

Bit of a shock of course, given my adherence to PC security. However, I wanted to dig a little deeper to figure out the problem. I went to the event viewer and found this:

Not really quite sure what happened here.

Hello,

When scanning with a portable scanner like Emsisoft Emergency Kit, every time it touches a file to scan it, active antivirus will get 'first dibs' and may grab it. That's what it looks like has happened here.
