Take a screenshot of the error you get at run or after.

Open the _readme.txt file left by the ransomware.
Look at the set of letters and numbers below the words "Your personal ID".

In the end this ID, there may be ''t1', this is an indicator of the 'offline ID' and possible decryption of files in the future. 

If 't1' is absent, then the files cannot be decrypted using the Emsisoft Decryptor.

Yes, it is only in English. But Google Chrome browser supports translation from the context menu on any page.
An online translator can be used. https://translate.google.com/

Sometimes these two types of translation are different. One from two translation method will be better and clearer.
