Reinstalling EAM after Defender blocked a process

Recommended Posts

My PC has been running fine with EAM but I decided to uninstall it and use Microsoft Defender AV for a few days, just to see if it'd pick up anything. Its Controlled Folder Access blocked a process called ‘fwchksd.exe’ from accessing my protected memory. It reported it as ‘Low’. I've checked on line and it may be something to do with Lenovo, which is the make of my PC.

I now want to reinstall Emsisoft. What should I do about the above process?
