queenslander
The other day a OA Premium pop-up advised me that it had blocked a deleted .exe, that is if a greyed out line still means it has been deleted.
catprincess
Maybe it was a temporary file that was blocked just prior to it being removed?
queenslander
Maybe it was a temporary file that was blocked just prior to it being removed? I'm not sure what you mean by that cat princess. From memory it was something to do with Avast AV.
Barthez
avast.setup maybe ? I remember that this component of avast was listed as gray too in my OA Programs tab, but I didn't investigate it deeper so i can't say if is this due some internal avast protection or just avast.setup is created temporally. In your case I think you should allow this file and trust it and then don't delete it from Programs list.
catprincess
I'm not sure what you mean by that cat princess. From memory it was something to do with Avast AV. It does sound like it was a temporary file then that was something to do with an Avast signature update and was deleted afterwards. It's highly recommended to completely exclude OA and Avast from each other though, to avoid conflicts which can commonly arise when two security programs are fighting for control
