It doesn't sound like something related to installing OA but can you please explain in more detail exactly what you are doing when this happens? :) Are you saying that a certain page on online-armor.com gives you a certificate error in IE?

certificate errors: Navigation blocked

On the main page here http://www.online-armor.com/ did you click the word "Login" in the right corner (pictured in the screenshot I attached)? Then did you get the popup box that's shown in the screenshot and enter your details there and click "Submit"?

Logging in directly from this outdated page here https://www.online-armor.com/user_area_login.html does result in a warning for me in IE (though not the same one you get). Using the current website and performing the steps I mentioned above though doesn't seem to cause any errors with IE (at least for me, here).
