geoffo 0
I have OA Free Version & I'm just about to download to the 5.1.1 version, but I'm confused reading all about how OA++ is no longer going to be supported. Will that affect my free version?
catprincess 19
No, the only edition Christian referred to in that sticky is OA ++. Nothing has changed regarding the development of OA Free or OA Premium.

geoffo 0
Catprincess, I'm confused again I've gone to download the latest version where you gave the link on another post, it's 5.1.1.1395 & that says it is available for a 30 day trial & then an option to buy. Has this replaced the OA Free Version that I had - & there is no longer any free version at all?
catprincess 19
No, it's just that the installer is combined. It includes all editions. When you run the installer, you will be asked to choose which edition you want. Just choose the free version. There's some screenshots of the installation steps here that should help http://www.emsisoft.com/en/info/oa/Installing.html
geoffo 0
Thanks, I wasn't sure, I'll go ahead & install that now then. This forum would be lost without your advice, thanks
