Command line scanner with white list exception.

Recommended Posts

Hi all..

I'm using Emsisosft Command Line Scanner. I want to create a WL. Can i do it by using infection name instead of using directory path?

For example: "detected: Trace.File.RadMin 3.0!A2"

No. You can't just pass in the white listed malware detection names via command line. You have to use a white list file instead. Inside the white list file you simply need to list all the objects or detection names you want to white list. For example:

Trace.Directory.RadMin 3.0!A2
Trace.File.RadMin 3.0!A2
Trace.Registry.RadMin 3.0!A2

Then pass the location of the file via the /wl parameter.
