You can not delete them and actually do not know what exactly they are doing in the system, if it is not a spy files.

Google says nothing about them (no results), just Emsisoft KB, engraved by OA.

Follow directions and attach your logs. Do not use third-party sites to upload logs. They are completely useless to me that way.
