EAM 6 freezes the mouse and my pc

Hi, I've used EAM free version for many years without issues; but I can't use any 6 version: after the installation and the reboot, when I launch EAM to complete the installation, to update and to scan ,after one.two minutes my mouse freezes and soon all the system freezes. Note:

- before installing 6 version every time I uninstall 5 version and I reboot, I also run the EAM cleaning tool that tells me that is all right.

- my OS is XP SP3 32 bit updated.

- my system configuration is the same that I use successfully with EAM 5, but I prefer don't say them in public...and never had issues using them with EAM 5 versions.

- my system has 4 partitions: one primary and three logic.

- I tried to set EAM 6 either in trial mode and in freeware mode, and I also setted it in Services in " manual ", but the issue remains.

- I've not real crash, if I reboot and I don't run EAM 6, my pc works.

Can you please look inside your Emsisoft Anti-Malware directory for debug logs (they have the extension ELF). If you find such files please ZIP them and send them via PM to me.
