alexanderG 0
Hello, Where can I find an updated OA Blocklist..? I went to Blocklist Pro Security and it was marked as a malicious site by Norton DNS. Please see image attached. Anyone please...?
GT500 883
According to Web Of Trust and hpHosts blocklistpro.com is not malicious. What does Norton's "detailed report" say about it? Edit: OK, I found Norton's rating of the safety of blocklistpro.com, and I don't think I trust it. Norton's users don't seem to agree with Norton's rating, and their screenshot doesn't even look like the same website.

hackerman1 6
Okay thanks. Anyone know when the blocklist at COU will be updated? I used to use that but it outdated since last year I think... from Calendar of Updates Calendar of Updates, IP Blocklist for Online Armor: Last Updated: 04 2010 06:21 AM hpHOSTS, IP Blocklist for Online Armor: Thursday December 29th 2011 the hpHosts-file isn´t very old... but if you want a newer HOSTS-file, then i recommend http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm, [Updated January-18-2012] i´m using their HOSTS-file + COU´s IP-blocklist for OA.... There is a 'partial' file that you can download which contains everything added since the last full update to the HOSTS file on December 28th, and there is a 'removed' file that contains everything that was removed. As for why Steven doesn't update the full HOSTS file more often, I'll have to ask him. I assume that it can be automatically generated, but that the process is most likely time consuming and eats up a lot of resources that his server cannot spare very often. Dundertaker 0
I use Blocklist Pro Security and Norton does throw a pop-up about it. Just disregard it. The COU Blocklist for Online Armor has not been updated because the author has been sick...and well she passed away last December 13th. I went here to post about it then I saw this so I'll place the link here instead. http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=2013908#post2013908 To those who have been acquaintances with Donna Buenaventura..please say a short prayer for her and her family. She will be missed

I hadn't heard about Donna yet. Of course, it was months before I heard that Jaxryley (Franklin) had passed away, so it doesn't surprise me that I didn't hear about Donna right away. It's sad to see the Security Community losing some of its biggest contributors.
