Email scanner not working with Outlook 2003

Thank you for your feedback.

Just to be sure - if you navigate to 'Configuration' tab 'General' in the main window of Emsisoft Anti-Malware,

is the checkbox called 'Activate email scanning' ticket ?

Please could you open Outlook 2003 on your computer and see if you can find the Anti-Malware plugin ?

You should be able to find options like 'Scan the actual mail' and the possibility to make adjustments there.

Or is the problem that you can't find the plugin at all ?

In Outlook 2003 if you navigate to “Tools->Other->Advanced Options->COM Add-ins…”, is there an entry called "Emsisoft Anti-Malware" ?

I'am happy your email scanner is working now with your Outlook 2003 installation.

Sorry for not asking you about your version number even if you told me from the latest beta updates.

This way may we would have been able to find a solution earlier.
