why Emsisoft No installation on some Windows versions ???

What do you mean exactely?

Emsisoft Anti-Malware is running on Windows XP SP3 (32bit), Vista SP2 (32bit) and Windows 7 SP1 (32bit & 64bit) without problems.

For the Windows server versions like Windows Server 2003 (32bit) and 2008 (32bit & 64bit) you need a special "Emsisoft Anti-Malware for Server" license.
