pstein 2
Since a few days I have a curious situation with OA on my 64bit Win7: My OA firewall ist (successfully) started but the OA GUI icon is NOT visible in the Systray bar (as usual). This never happened in the months/years before. Rebooting the computer does not work. Yes, I could successfully, manually start oaui.exe from installation folder but I want to have it automatically appear. How can I tell OA to link GUI (again) into Systray? hackerman1 6
Hi ! There was a similar post a few days ago. Try this, as it fixed the problem: Start "Services": left-click on the "startbutton" type "Services" in the run-window select "Services" from the listed programs right-click and select "run as admin" (you can skip this if you are using an ADMIN-account, if so then just left-click) Scroll down or type "O" Take a look at OA´s "services", are they all set to "Automatically" ? pstein 2
Take a look at OA´s "services", are they all set to "Automatically" ? Yes, both Services are currently set to "Automatic" and running. So wrong otherwise?
stapp 153
If you click the little arrow near your clock in the taskbar ( the one that says 'show hidden icons' when you hover your cursor on it) is the oa icon there?
Adam R. 1
Do you have "Launch Online Armor at next startup" option ticked in the Options tab? If yes, can you untick and tick it once again?
GT500 873
Please run OTL by following the instructions below: Click this link to save OTL onto your desktop (please make sure to click 'Save' instead of 'Run'). Double click on the OTL icon on your desktop to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted. Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan will take a few minutes. When the scan completes, it will open two Notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. The first one (OTL.txt) will be automatically saved on your desktop next to OTL, and the second one will need to be saved manually. Please make sure that both OTL.txt and Extras.txt are saved on your desktop, and then attach both of them to a reply so that we can take a look at them.
pstein 2
Do you have "Launch Online Armor at next startup" option ticked in the Options tab? If yes, can you untick and tick it once again? Yes, Ok meanwhile I installed new Win7 updates and restarted whole Win7. Then (suddenly) OA icon appears again as usually. So the problem is not reproducable. Thanks for now I will revert as soon as it happens again.

GT500 873
My apologies. I probably skimmed your posts too quickly. I want to see if the startup item is in the proper location, so if you could run OTL by following the instructions below and get me a log from it, then that would be great: Click this link to save OTL onto your desktop (please make sure to click 'Save' instead of 'Run').
