freeman317
One other item of information is that I tried to do a install hoping the program would be re-written; but it wouldn't let me do that. Here is a thumbnail of a pop-up reading it is installed. Please help.
Christian Peters
Hello, then please download our new cleaning utility from: http://tmp.emsisoft.com/fw/emsiclean.exe to your desktop. Next run the emsiclean.exe file on your desktop. Confirm the disclaimer. Then press "Close Emsisoft Clean". Now on your desktop there is a logfile "EmsiClean_Date_Time". Attach this file to the topic please. Please use the button "More Reply Options" to attach files to the topic.
